SBI PO Bank Salary Structure
The basic pay structure of SBI PO post is Rs 41960 with four advance increments. The pay of a probationary officer after four advance increments is 36000-1490 / 7-46430-1740 / 2-49910-1990 / 7-63840 compensation size as per revised bilateral agreement. In simple words the basic pay of PO will be Rs 36,000 with an increment of Rs 1490 for the next 7 years. In the next year the basic pay will be 46430 and for the next 2 years there will be an increment of 1740 and so on. The highest basic pay of PO post in SBI bank can go up to Rs 63,840.

SBI PO Salary Cuts

SBI PO Bank In-Hand Salary
With a basic pay of Rs 41960, the Probationary Officer will get a salary of Rs 52,000 to Rs 55,000 per month. The gross compensation will range from Rs 8.2 lakh to Rs 13.08 lakh annually. SBI PO 2024 Job Profile and Promotion
Candidates who get selected for the State Bank of India Probationary Officer post will be called for training to prepare them for the job. And they will learn about basic banking knowledge to join as Probationary Officer. All the selected candidates have to sign a bond of Rs.200000 and serve in the bank for a minimum time frame of 3 years at the time of joining.
